# Akva.io — Technical Co-founder Residency Akva.io is the application portal for the Technical Co-founder Residency — a 12-week paid programme run by Akvasoft for engineers, hardware engineers, and UX designers in Sri Lanka. Selected applicants build a real software product from zero, with mentorship from founders who've shipped before. If the project grows, Akvasoft connects the builder with investors. If it doesn't grow, the best engineers join Akvasoft as full-time team members. ## Pages - [Home](https://akva.io/): Overview of the programme with three pathways into the site - [The Programme](https://akva.io/programme): What the Technical Co-founder Residency actually is — the offer, who it's for, what you get, week-by-week breakdown, mentors and resources - [Tracks](https://akva.io/tracks): Three tracks (software engineer, hardware engineer, UX designer), what each one requires, and what kind of CV evidence works - [FAQ](https://akva.io/faq): Seven questions answered up front — what "paid" means, what happens if a project doesn't work out, IP ownership, remote vs in-person, application timeline - [Apply](https://akva.io/apply): Five-point pitch deck guide and the application form - [Privacy Policy](https://akva.io/legal/privacy) - [Application Terms](https://akva.io/legal/terms) ## Audience Primarily aimed at software engineers, hardware engineers, and UX designers based in Sri Lanka.
